We are hiring a Staff Pharmacist for our growing team! The Pharmacist will be primarily responsible for dispensing medications. All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal Laws, and current company policies and procedures.
Pharmacist Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescribed medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals for patient care; this position is not tasked with directly compounding medications.
- Review prescriptions issued by physician or other authorized prescriber to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed.
- Direct pharmacy technicians engaged in mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals
- Maintains established procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste drugs
- Enter data such as patient name, prescribed medication, and cost
- Assay medications to determine identity, purity, and strength
- Instruct interns and other medical personnel on matters pertaining to pharmacy
Pharmacist Experience and Education Requirements:
- Requires a Doctorate Degree of Pharmacy
- Requires a Kentucky Pharmacist License
- 1-2 years of pharmacist experience preferred but not required (will take new grads; will consider internships as part of overall experience)
- Minimum of one (1) year sterile and/or non-sterile compounding experience preferred

The brilliant and collaborative Infrastructure engineer will be extensively hands-on with advanced server technologies, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), virtualized desktops, load balancers, and other critical infrastructure components. Will engage in:
- Technical Implementation & Management: design, implement, manage advanced Windows, Linux server technologies, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) solutions, virtualized desktop environments (Citrix or Azure VDI), load balancers, storage (SAN, NAS) solutions.
- Infrastructure Operations: monitor, detect, respond to infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation; conduct performance assessments and capacity planning to ensure infrastructure scalability; respond infrastructure incidents to determine root cause, resolve issues, and remediate; configure and support IAM systems; monitor and enhance system performance; continually promote and implement continuous performance improvement.

- Identifies health hazards in the patient’s environment, as well as patient risk factors. Identifies and considers the cultural patterns, economic status and patient resources in plan of care. Collaborates with social services, nurse navigation, and dietary services to provide holistic patient care.
- Provides routine follow-up examinations and makes recommendations for adjustments to plans of care, as appropriate.
- Provides pre-treatment chemotherapy education to patients and their families in the office setting.
- Assists with preparation, administration, and supervision of chemotherapy as staff and physician coverage may require.
- Provides first call coverage and assist with morning or evening hospital rounds as required. Serves as a point-person for the oncology group in the inpatient setting.
