Seeking an Echo Tech to perform echocardiograph procedures and prepare study for interpretation by cardiologist. Will review data and confer with the appropriate medical personnel; review medical record to identify significant medical history.
· Perform diagnostic studies to include 2-D, M-Mode, Doppler, color flow mapping, Stress, Transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms; record and maintain a daily log and files of studies performed.
· Help prepare records for interpretation, collection, and distribution of diagnostic data and reports.
· Ensure equipment is operational and available for procedures.
· Calibrate and adjust equipment for and during procedures.
· Clean and sterilize instruments, supplies and equipment, perform routine preventive maintenance.
· Explain exam, test and medical procedures and purpose of it.
· Position patients, restrain or support patients during procedures.
· Observe machine monitors, perform routine diagnostic test and record diagnostic test results.
· Interview patients and collect patient data, record and chart patient data.
· Read and/or interpret tracings and note findings, read and assess diagnostic test abnormalities.
Required:
· Minimum 2 years in echocardiography
· Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Certificate from American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
· MUST have pediatric and congenital experience to hit the ground running

The RN Case Manager will work collaboratively with surgeons and patient/family in developing, implementing and documenting individualized plans of care to ensure continuity, quality and appropriate resource use.
· Plan, develop, assess and evaluate care to patients.
· Recommend alternative levels of care.
· Develop and coordinate discharge plan to meet patients identified needs.
· Review, monitor, evaluate and coordinate patient’s hospital stay to assure that all appropriate and essential services are delivered timely and efficiently.
· Coordinate and provide continuity of care, including utilization management, transfer coordination, discharge planning, and obtaining authorizations/approvals as needed for outside services for patients/families.
· Conduct daily clinical reviews for quality management activities based on guidelines/standards for patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient, emergency room, inpatient facilities.
· Report any incident of unusual occurrences related to quality, risk and/or patient safety which are identified during case review or other activities.
Required:
· 2+ years combined RN and case management experience
· RN License (California)
· BLS
· Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
· Effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability in planning, organizing, and negotiating
· Plus: craniofacial exp

IMMEDIATE opening for a Jr Project Coordinator to help a busy department. The highly dependable candidate will coordinate between teams, track project progress, resolve minor issues and ensure all implementation tasks are completed as scheduled.
· Responsible for identifying activities and tasks which are not on target and working with various teams to create/monitor mitigation/resolution plans.
· Prepare, schedule, and document meetings and provide feedback for all stakeholders.
· Provide project documentation, maintain and update current reports.
· Coordinate administrative and reporting needs, update project.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required:
· Minimum high school diploma or GED
· 6-12 months work experience in related role
· Must be highly motivated with excellent organization skills and sense of teamwork
· Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
· Ability to work under pressure while managing different projects simultaneously
· Ability to prioritize work and exhibit strong time management skills
· Ability to work effectively and persuasively with people at all levels
