Shift/Schedule:
- Afternoon/evening shifts are available at this time.
- Latest shift ends at 11pm.
- Must be able to work one weekend day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Respond to customer questions about availability, pricing, and other relevant details related to reservations.
- Process bookings for various hotels while offering a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and other modifications to existing bookings.
- Accurately record customer information and booking details in reservation systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding their reservations or requests as needed.
- Promote additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer's experience.
- Escalate complex issues to a supervisor or other specialized team.
- Utilize clear and effective verbal and written communication while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Utilize various reservation systems and customer tracking software.
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Experiential customer service background.
- Call Center experience a PLUS!
- Ability to multi-task.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Position Title: REMOTE Outreach Agent- Medical Chart Retrieval
Start Date: August 2025
Pay: $16.00/hr.
Hire Type: Temp to hire
Location: Work From Home- This is a work from home position but does not allow for a flexible shift. You must be able to be at your computer actively working for your assigned shift.
Equipment: Provided but you will need to provide a quiet home office environment and hardwired internet access.
Training Shift/Schedule: 17 days- 8:00am - 4:30pm CST (7 days classroom training, 10 days of nesting)
Post Training Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST (30 min lunch)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct calls to contact provider offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies while providing excellent customer service experience. (High call volume 100+ daily)
- Perform repetitive tasks such as copying and pasting.
- Navigate call center software to perform research, answer inquiries, and update information.
- Adhere to call center metrics regarding quality and performance goals.
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU HAVE AND WHO YOU ARE
- High school diploma or GED
- Live within 30 miles of Houston, TX.
- Ability to type 20WPM
- Must have hard-wired high-speed internet
- Contact center/telemarketing experience
- Customer service and/or sales experience (Hospitality, Travel, Healthcare)
- Computer skills and basic trouble shooting
- Familiarity with dialer technology preferred

Title: Work From Home- Licensed Medicare Sales Agent
- Must be licensed to sell Medicare insurance.

Pay Rate:
- $21.00/hour + average sales incentives = $23/hr.
- $23.00/hour for Bilingual- Spanish (fluent) average sales incentives = $25/hr.
Training Details:
- Length: 2-4 weeks (depends on the client program)
- Schedule: 8am-4:30pm either CST or EST (NO PST training schedule available)
- Training Environment: Some training (depends on client) will require cameras
Post Training Details:
- Candidates will be available to be assigned an 8-hour shift between 6am and 2am (CST)
- Client is open 7/days per week
- Overtime available, candidates may get asked to work later hours and more hours during AEP season
