Hiring Customer Service Representatives to work on onsite $20.00 per hour

pay increase to $20.50 in May!

Contract to Hire after 90 days!

We’re seeking a Customer Support & Order Management Specialist to handle inbound customer inquiries, manage orders, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls/emails and enter/update orders
• Resolve order issues, delivery questions, and complaints
• Coordinate with sales, drivers, and warehouse teams
• Maintain customer account information and process returns/credits
• Communicate delivery updates and support internal teams
• Complete basic administrative tasks and documentation
