Job Summary
Account Associate must have strong business and advanced customer service skills to maintain and manage specific market based customers. In this role the Account Associate must proactively maintain ongoing relationships with Customers, Account Managers and other departmental staff. Account Associate must have the ability and knowledge of all aspects of Customer Service, Accounting and Logistics.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage customers’ accounts with exceptional communication via email and phone, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to understand and communicate logistics and dispatch issues.
- Understand and ensure Account Services activities comply with all financial and accounting requirements (including SOX, GAAP and IFRS)
- Report customer activity to appropriate sales, marketing teams, and accounting personnel for purposes of production scheduling, forecasting, and budgeting.(Frequently)
- Process purchase orders in ERP system, ensure customer’s contacts and records are kept updated, review and update CRM/Salesforce.
- Follow-up with potential customers or existing customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Strong abilities to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Consistently contacting customers about changes to their order and delivery details.
- Must have strong analytical skills and always willing to seek opportunities for process improvements to simplify the role.
- Research customer’s issues/inquiries independently and engage the appropriate department for resolution.
- Enter and follow-up on sales orders, credits and billing issues with the appropriate departments and advise the customers of status.
- Work closely with Account Managers to coordinate appropriate actions to retain and increase sales.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.

Responsibilities
The Radiation Therapist, under direct supervision, administers radiation therapy treatments to patients. Accuracy in positioning the beam of radiation to correspond with the designated tumor volume and accurately delivering the prescribed dose are paramount job functions. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
The essential duties and responsibilities:
- Accurately delivers and records radiation therapy treatments under the direction of a radiation oncologist and chief radiation therapist.
- Accurately enters and maintains patient treatment parameters into electronic medical record. Participates in clinical instruction of newly hired therapists and students.
- Assists in maintaining patient appointment schedule and submitting correct billing information.
- Accurately cuts blocks, when applicable.
- Accurately makes custom molds.
- Accurately completes simple mu calculations.
- Accurately interprets a computerized treatment plan.
- Maintains clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Radiation Therapist will have the following background and experience:
- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
- ARRT certification required. Must hold valid state license for radiation therapy.

RemX is actively seeking Licensed Life Insurance Customer Support Agents to join a reputable client of ours!
Must hold an active healthcare + life insurance license and have at least 1 year of sales and 1 year of call center experience to qualify.
Remote (Must reside in WI, IN, MI, FL, GA, SC, NC, TX) and Equipment Provided
Start date: July 7th 2025
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am-5pmEST
Work Schedule: Different schedules available Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:45 am – 7:00 pm EST – *Must be able to work 2 closing shifts per week (until 7pmEST)
Monthly bonuses based on performance!
Job Requirements:
- Must hold an active license in both Health and Life insurance.
- Must be licensed in the state you reside
- Must have High School Diploma/GED
- Must have high speed internet
- Must have inbound call experience
- Must provide updated resume
