- Pack, move, and clean contents from one warehouse to another as directed by Supervisor
- Handle cartons up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 75 lbs)
- Maintain an acceptable productivity level
- Receive daily work assignments from Supervisors/Leads
- Operate basic warehouse systems (e.g., GLS)
- Keep work areas clean and safe
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
- Job Requirements:?? Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment ?? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ?? Ability to lift heavy objects consistently throughout the shift ?? Ability to stand for long periods while lifting materials ?? Good communication skills & team player ?? ONSITE Customer Service position inbound customer inquiries related to placing new bookings or orders for a variety of products, including Gift Cards, Merchandise, Travel, and Technology.
$20/hr | Various Shifts to Choose From | Training 7am-3:30pm M-F for ONE MONTH
Bilingual Spanish applicants are highly desired pay increase included!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support through various channels i.e. voice, email, and chat
- Facilitate new travel bookings for a variety of travel products – primarily, Air, Car, and Hotel bookings
- Assist customers with order placement for Gift Cards, Merchandise, and Software products
- Troubleshoot issues that arise for existing orders. i.e. item not delivered, item arrived damaged, etc.
