RemX is partnered with an exceptional healthcare organization to hire a Referral Coordinator to effectively manage specialist referrals while maintaining information within the EHR system.  This is 100% onsite, 3+ months Temp.  

• Manage external referrals, reconcile information needed while meeting related deadlines.
• Communicate with external physician offices as they relate to submitted referrals.
• Provide outstanding patient customer service and patient care.
• Follow established referral guidelines while maintaining policies, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Update data in the EHR as it relates to patient records, hospitalizations, registrations, demographics, insurance, consults, etc.
• Coordinate information needed with insurance companies.
