RemX is seeking an LICENSED HEALTHCARE INSURANCE & SALES AGENT, FULLY REMOTE! 

• NO cold calls 
• Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program 
• Calls are 30% outbound based on people expressing interest 
• Remote training 2-4 weeks; Monday thru Friday 8am - 4:30pm CST/EST 
• Shifts range between 6am-2am (8 hour shift within this range) 
• Pay rate starting at $21/hr with average sales 
• BILINGUAL pay rate $24/hr with average sales (Note: Must be fully bilingual & comfortable with the translation of health care coverage, NOT conversational)

Customer Service Specialist | 9-12 Month Contract | $25/hr

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customer onboarding, account maintenance, pricing support, and customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience, SAP knowledge, and an understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology. This is an office-based role requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer onboarding and account setup
• Maintain and update customer account information
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests
• Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service, account support, or customer-facing experience
• SAP experience required
• Manufacturing industry knowledge required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Schedule Requirements

Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, Monday through Sunday. Specific schedules will be assigned based on business needs and may vary.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options.
• Provide excellent customer service in a primarily inbound call environment.
• Educate customers on products, services, and benefits that align with their healthcare and financial needs.
• Follow up with customers when additional support or information is required.
• Actively listen, demonstrate empathy, and resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Required

• Active Health Insurance License in your state of residence, in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (15 Mbps or higher).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must reside in the state where you are licensed.

Compensation & Training

• Starting pay: $21.00/hour
• Average performers: $23.00/hour
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish): $24.00/hour
• Average bilingual performers: $25.00/hour

Hours: Need availability Monday-Friday 8am-8pm with Rotating Saturdays 8a-5p

Pay: $20hr

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist customers with everyday banking needs, including:
  • Account balances, transactions, and general inquiries
  • Online and mobile banking support
  • Debit/credit card concerns (activation, disputes, fraud alerts)
  • Basic product information (checking, savings, loans, etc.)
• Accurately document all customer interactions in system records
• Resolve issues on first contact whenever possible; escalate complex situations when needed
• Identify opportunities to educate customers or recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Meet performance goals related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Follow all compliance, security, and privacy guidelines to protect customer information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High volume call center experience
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or similar)
• Banking experience preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced
