RemX is seeking Call Center Specialists - Little Rock AR

Direct Hire - NO Contract

• -Hours of operation are 7a-7pm M-F and 7a-4pm Saturday.? 
• Our representatives work 8-hour shifts within these operating hours.? 
• Our representatives work every other Saturday and get 1 weekday off between Tuesday and Friday if they are working Saturday for that week.

Fully onsite - Direct Hire ( No contract)

Pay: $19 per hour  

Essential Job Functions

• Manages high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Greets customers on the telephone professionally and promptly.
• Follows communication scripts provided for given topics.
• Responds to phone or email inquiries of a specific or general nature.
• Determines appropriate response or direction for a caller.

Requirements:

• Banking Experience Preferred

• 1 year call center, High volume 100cpd (might consider someone who handled 50+cpd)

• Will consider someone with retail/customer service experience

• Seeking agile and adaptive candidate

• Experience with metrics/KPIs

Key Responsibilities

• Research property tax records and related information using online resources and databases.
• Contact county, city, and government agencies via phone to obtain and verify property tax information.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in internal systems.
• Follow up with agencies to gather missing information and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally while providing excellent customer service.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
