RemX Staffing is currently seeking P&C Insurance Reps. Must have an active P&C License.

• Hourly rate: $25/hour
• Bonus Plan: Uncapped variable compensation averaging $2,000/month, with potential to exceed $7,000/month

Job Description

• Quote and sell insurance products
• Advise/consult prospective customers on what is the best coverage
• Offer expert advice on appropriate insurance coverage and options, ensuring prospects receive the best possible guidance based on
• their circumstances.
• Use multiple systems to run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds
• regarding their insurance and driving history.
• Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies.
• Conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads, identifying opportunities to convert them
• into satisfied customers.
• Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service needs when customer service is not
• available.
• Follow up on underwriting department requests to ensure compliance and improve policy retention.
• Attend sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations,
• and maintain state licensing.

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty license
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work across multiple systems/screens

Work Environment:

• Remote: 80% home-based (must live within 80 mi of St. Joseph MO)
• Training: 2 months in-person (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm)
• Post-Training Schedule: Evening shifts ending at 8:00pm (Mon–Fri) and 5:00pm (Sat); 1 in 3 Saturday rotation

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a timely manner.]

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately pick products from inventory according to the order list, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
• Packing & Shipping: Carefully pack items to prevent damage during shipping and attach appropriate shipping labels. Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory. Regularly perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Quality Control: Double-check orders for accuracy and inspect products for defects before shipping.
• Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Documentation: Keep records of all orders processed, including tracking information, discrepancies, and damaged items.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures. Report any safety issues to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the fulfillment team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfillment goals. Participate in cross-training to support other areas when needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and familiarity with warehouse operations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including experience with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify) and inventory management systems, are a plus.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
