Job Requirements:
Mostly inbound calls; outbound calls are only made to those requesting calls
You'll be using the knowledge that you bring to the role by helping others with Medicare.
The candidate will provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model.
The candidate will need to be a team player.
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.
Outbound calls to provide follow up when needed.
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner.
Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services.
Qualifications:
Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
High speed internet access (>15 mbps)
Minimum six (6) months sales experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer savvy

-M-F 8:45 am - 5:30pm EST (must choose to work 2 days at a later shift time)
-M-F-10:15 am - 7pm EST (must choose to work 1 day at a later shift time)
-M-F- 11:15 am - 8pm EST
- Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm EST (3 weeks) and (1 week of nesting during your regular shift) Must be on camera during training.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer
- Manage approximately 150-200 calls a day
- Leave many voicemails
- Must maintain a conversion rate of 20-35% based on the amount of calls you make.
- Must have 2 years of Medicare Sales experience
- Not for profit so mainly serving low income, elderly, veterans – empathetic
Required Must Haves:
- Must be an Active Licensed Healthcare Agent (Within the state you reside in)
- Previous High Sales driven and performance driven environment experience
