  • Provide exceptional Customer Service assistance to dealers.
  • Process checks requisitions and perform research as needed.
  • Corrections of dealer's errors and follow-up. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • College Degree (4 Year) is preferred but not required.
  •  Must be detail oriented, process oriented, and self-motivated. 
  • General field of Customer Service, Customer Accounts, and/or Automotive Finance  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude 
  • Flexibility 

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM- 6PM
  • Some scheduled Saturdays and overtime as needed.
