Responsibilities:

  • Check order status/electronic orders
  • Maintenance of Showroom/calendar
  • Check inventory
  • Provide product information and pricing
  • Process credits, return authorizations and factory charge backs
  • Ability to navigate AS400
  • Able to articulate e-mail, fax, and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Initiate freight claims
  • Assist customers in showroom as needed

Requirements:

  • AS400 experience preferred
  • Front facing Sales/Admin experience preferred
  • Experience with freight & shipping systems strongly preferred
  • Must be able to work on site

The Customer Service Agent is an entry-level role into the overall Customer Service group. The agents are responsible for making payments to Insurance Carriers on behalf of Banks for escrow payments on mortgages. Success in this role can lead to Customer Service Representative roles with added responsibility.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Escalate issues to team leads as soon as they are realized
  • Make payments via web portal, automated payment processing phone system, and through conversation with Customer Service Reps 
  • Keep track of workload and progress each day

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • 1 year of recent call center experience
  • Previous Insurance or Real Estate Experience 
  • Data Entry

The Customer Service Care Coordinator is responsible for providing compassionate customer service and issue resolution to our members. Direct phone - based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. Job Components and Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship to support them
  • Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the member in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the member
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to own the resolution of all customer issues and anticipate their future healthcare needs or potential opportunities to improve the experience
  • Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Expectations:

This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. Strong computer and software navigation skills are critical. You should also be strongly patient-focused and adaptable to changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 
  • Recent Call Center Experience 
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Customer Service Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health Care/Health Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
