Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls
- Verify insurance benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
- Assist patients with enrollment and program qualification processes
- Research and resolve insurance-related issues
- Accurately document patient interactions and account updates
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers
- Maintain confidentiality while providing outstanding customer service.
